Led the CMF development of Shark’s viral FlexStyle: a styling and drying system with innovative attachments designed for all hair types. This product built up the existing Shark Beauty CMF strategy and continues to put Shark Beauty on map thanks to a strong limited edition plan to drive excitement through color. Exploring new concepts for FlexStyle is part of my day-to-day with exciting color launches on the horizon.

Core Offering Color Strategy: Evergreen and premium colorways with all-year-round appeal withstanding temporary trends.

Limited Edition Color Strategy: Trend-forward colorways tied to a cultural moment and/or key marketing campaign that will drive excitement throughout the year.
