Shark Bagless Cylinder Canisters

Led the CMF development of the Shark Canister family: a trio designed to sit together while offering different nozzle technologies. The Canister family is unified with a premium look and feel but also has clear visual differentiation. This program involved strong communication and collaboration with the UK cross-functional teams. This series launched in the UK market before domestic, meaning it was first Shark product launched with a “UK first” mindset. The series later launched in the US with the same CMF which was validated to be successful for a global approach.
